Safe Engine Cut-Off (SECO)

SECO allows remote disabling of a vehicle engine through the XP1 output.

caution

Always test SECO in a controlled, stationary environment before deploying on a live vehicle.

Requirements

  • XP1 output wired to vehicle relay in ignition circuit
  • See Installation for wiring diagrams

Monitoring SECO Events

Notes

  • SECO waits for vehicle speed < 10 mph for 20 seconds before activating.
  • The relay remains in cut position across power cycles until explicitly restored.
